"As part of the NTFS-3G quality assurance process, NTFS-3G has ported to Linux, extends and maintains Pawel Jakub Dawidek's POSIX file system test suite.
The test suite checks POSIX compliance and works on FreeBSD, Solaris, and Linux with UFS, ZFS, ext3, XFS and the Advanced NTFS-3G file systems.
The list of system calls tested is: chmod, chown, link, mkdir, mkfifo, open, rename, rmdir, symlink, truncate, unlink. There are currently 3601 regression tests."
